Top Geolocation Games in Germany: Q1 2025 Performance Analysis

In the first quarter of 2025, geolocation games have shown varied performance trends on a unified platform in Germany. Based on data from Sensor Tower, we present the key insights for the top five titles.

Pokémon GO by Niantic, Inc. experienced a notable peak in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $1.4M in late February. Weekly downloads saw a significant increase mid-quarter, peaking at about 24K, while weekly active users rose from 937K to over 1.1M by early March, before settling at around 1M by the end of the quarter.

ATLAS:EARTH - Paid Fun from Atlas Reality, Inc. maintained a steady increase in revenue, ending March at $22K. Downloads showed a consistent pattern, fluctuating slightly but remaining around 8K per week, while active users hovered near 32K to 36K throughout the quarter.

Pikmin Bloom, also by Niantic, Inc., had a stable revenue trend, ending the quarter at approximately $4.8K. Downloads showed a small peak in early March at 640, and active users gradually decreased from 21K to about 14K by the end of the quarter.
